You might be getting tired of watercolor everything ‘round
here, but I’m sure not getting tired of making it! This week, my trusty Crayola
watercolors became some beautiful quotes by the one and only Leslie Knope from
Parks and Rec. If you haven’t seen the show, Leslie, played by Amy Poehler, basically kicks butt in life by being her hardworking, excessively positive and
driven self. Also, if you haven’t seen the show, you probably haven’t recently
finished the 7th season on Netflix and don’t have a gaping hole in
your life where the Pawnee, India Parks and Recreation Department used to be!
(Yeah.. so that’s me right now.)
Anyway, obsession aside, we could probably all use a little
more Leslie Knope mentality in our lives. Don’t believe me? Behold her wisdom.
